A: In providing Interim Management support, BGM will be assisting an organization in continuing daily business operations. This is a temporary provision of management resources and skills to provide support during leadership transitions or organizational capacity building. BGM’s Interim Management is focused on C-Suite or Senior Management positions such as Executive; Managing or General Director, Director or Chief Development Officer
Q: How long do your contracts last?
A: BGM is focused on providing the highest quality of assistance needed to address the need. Our contracts can range from three to nine months
Q: I am a self-producing artist and have some projects that need management, can you help?
A: BGM is not an Artist Manager. However, BGM can support clients in independent performance project management, producing, fundraising and finding external investment partners

BGM is able to step into an organization, assess the need and develop a plan of action that best fits the long-term goal. This support can look like, staff management, board support, business operations as usual, external partnership relationship management etc
