This is a temporary provision of management resources and skills to provide support during leadership transitions or organizational capacity building. BGM’s Interim Management is focused on C-Suite or Senior Management positions such as Executive; Managing or General Director, Director or Chief Development Officer

A: BGM is focused on providing the highest quality of assistance needed to address the need. Our contracts can range from three to nine months

A:  BGM is not an Artist Manager. However, BGM can support clients in independent performance project management, producing, fundraising and finding external investment partners
